Kris Boyd believes Killie dug in well to emerge victorious during the 2-1 win over Hamilton.
Kirk Broadfoot's header put the Ayrshire side ahead before David Templeton's free kick drew matters level.
Boyd then stepped up to finish off a fine passing move to register his 21st goal of the campaign to ensure a sixth successive league triumph.
He said: "For us to come back from that shows how far we've came."For being in control of the match for so long, to then have that setback, to then lift our game again and get over the line...
"It's a great three points for us. Probably in weeks, months gone past, it would have been somewhere where we drop points.
"Since the manager has come in, the turnaround at the football club has been unbelievable."
