Members of the first team were welcomed to the Kilmarnock-based business and taught how to make a range of healthy, nutritious meals.
Head chef Vanessa Daley showed the squad how to make two dishes from their 30-minute meals range including chicken wrapped in Parma ham as well as Thai Salmon en papillote.
Rory McKenzie and Greg Taylor came top of the pecking order as the players picked up new skills to aid their lives on and off the pitch.
Sport scientist Andy White was keen to ensure youngsters, some of whom are living away from home for the first time, know the recipe to success on and off the field.
