Steve Clarke has outlined his ambitions after meeting the media for the first time as Kilmarnock manager.
The 54-year-old from Saltcoats spoke to the club website about his reasons for taking the job and what fans can expect from his side.
After working with some illustrious names including Jose Mourinho, Kenny Dalglish, Gianfranco Zola and Sir Bobby Robson, Clarke discussed Saturday's win over Partick Thistle as well as sharing his message to supporters.
