Your Frequently Asked Questions Answered:How can I book my ticket?
Tickets will be available for home fans to purchase as follows. Away supporters should buy direct from their club prior to the match-day.
Online - You can book your ticket from www.kilmarnockfc.co.uk and collect it from the Killie Shop or pay to have your tickets posted out, please note the postal deadline is three working days prior to a match. A print at home option is available. Please Note: Tickets for Old Firm games cannot be bought online.
In Person – Tickets will be available from the Killie Shop, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and from 10am on match-days. Tickets will also be available from the ticket office from 12.30pm on Saturday match-days. Opening times will vary for weeknight and Sunday games.
Over the phone – Tickets can be booked over the phone by calling 0845 194 1869, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and from 10am - 4pm Saturday. Tickets booked over the phone can be posted out at a cost of £1.50 or held for collection at the Killie Shop. Please Note: Tickets for Old Firm games cannot be bought over the phone.
To help our fans avoid match-day queues and benefit from a lower price we strongly advise fans to book online or over the phone in advance of a match-day.
Will there be cash turnstiles?
A small number of cash turnstiles will be in operation. This does not include Old Firm games.
What identification do I need to show?
If you are purchasing a concession ticket (Over 65/Under 21/Student), a family ticket or an under 16 ticket it is likely you will need to provide proof of age.
You may be required to provide proof of age when purchasing or collecting your tickets from the ticket outlets. Additionally if a turnstile operator is unsure you fit into the category that is on your ticket i.e. Over 65 then you will be directed to a steward who will give you further instruction.
Examples of identification that can be accepted as proof of age.
For under-16s and under 21s; a young scot card, passport or valid student card will be accepted. In addition driver’s licences will be accepted for under-21s.
For supporters purchasing over-65 tickets a passport, drivers licence or national entitlement card will be accepted.
Students must provide a valid matriculation card.

Can I get my tickets posted out?
When you book online or over the phone you can choose to have your ticket posted out at a cost of £7 for tracked delivery. The postal deadline is three working days prior to the match.
When you book online a print at home option will also be available at no cost.
If you do not choose to print at home or have your tickets posted out your tickets will be left for collection from the Killie Shop which is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and from 10am on match-days.
