We can confirm that Michael Nelson has completed a move to Bradford City for an undisclosed fee. Michael joined the club last January from Scunthorpe United and made his debut in our League Cup Semi Final win over Ayr United at Hampden Park. He played a key part in the final of the same competition being part of the defence which managed to keep a clean sheet in our 1-0 victory over Celtic.

In addition to the role he played in our League Cup triumph Michael was also involved in our wins at Ibrox and Parkhead in 2012 which meant that he won every match he played in Glasgow with the club.

Michael made 41 appearances for Kilmarnock in all competitions, we would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him similar success at his new club.

Rory Boulding

We can also confirm that striker Rory Boulding has left the club. Rory signed a three year deal in the summer but has struggled to make an impact for the first team making only four appearances.

We would like to thank Rory for his efforts during his short time at the club and wish him all the best for the future.
